This wonderful picture is of Whistler, B.C., Canada. Whistler/Blackcomb is world famous for its spectacular skiing and amazing backdrop setting. It is the main site for the 2010 Winter Olympics that is based in Vancouver. Lori, very thoughtfully sent it to me.

On the left are two views of the small harbour of Paphos. On the right  is a picture of a few nautical objects. And below those is a World Heritage site at Choirokoitia, a Neolithic site.

These two lovely cards were sent by Anjelika from Lithuania. The top one is a scene from the Capital City of Vilnius. The lower one shows the beautiful island castle at Trakai.

Romania - Sinaia Castle

This really lovely card from Romania shows the Sinaia Castle in the Carpathian mountains. It reminds one of the land of fairy tales, we used to read as little children. It was sent to me by my architect friend Daniela.
