Lucerne
This is Lucerne in Switzerland. And the picture shows the Chapel Bridge and the Collegiate Church. For those interested in dates, this happens to be or is believed to be the oldest wooden bridge in the world. It was built in 1333, so says my friend Verena from that lovely country.

An Inukshuk
This is really an amazing picture. One feels as though it’s from Stonehenge. But, it isn’t. Its an Inukshuk. An Inukshuk is a man-like figure made of stone, used by the Inuit, when they go hunting to find their way and also to frighten caribou’s and lead them into a trap. Isn't it fabulous. And its all thanks to Lori in Canada.

Trogir on the Adriatic.
This is Trogir – a town museum in every sense of the word. It is on the Adriatic Coast near the famous city of Split. Lovers of cultural and historical monuments, art, original architecture with nice alleys, have the opportunity in Trogir see from the Romanesque yard to modern interiors, all, right here. My friend Nikolina sent it to me from Croatia.
